Comfy Long Opponens Hand-Thumb
The Comfy Long Opponens Hand-Thumb Orthosis is a splint with a longer forearm support, to better support and position a weak or deformed hand. The splint will prevent trauma to joints, and can be positioned to help increase the wearer’s range of motion. Side wings can be adjusted to customize the fit or prevent ulnar or radial deviation.
The splint is uniquely designed to support the thumb without stressing the web space between the index finger and the thumb known as the “Thenar Eminence”. The thumb tab functionally positions the thumb without stretching the Thenar Eminence like the traditional “C” bar opposition hand splints, making the splint excellent for use on patients with tightly adducted thumbs. The splint is adjustable and re-adjustable without use of tools, making it easy to use and customize.

Lenjoy developed a full line of static and dynamic orthotics for the hand, elbow, knee and foot. All of the orthotics come in adult and pediatric sizes.
